Ace Young, a finalist on American Idol last season, will be dishing out autographs as Dreyer’s scoops up some of its newest rock star-inspired ice cream flavors from 2-4 p.m. on Wed., March 21 at Bel Air in Natomas, 3250 Arena Blvd.
A Denver native who shot to fame on one of TV’s most popular reality shows, Ace will be promoting Dreyer’s Slow Churned Ice Cream in five star-studded American Idol flavors, including:
Choc ‘N Roll Caramel – Caramel and chocolate light ice cream, mixed with caramel swirls and caramel chocolate cups call for an encore.
Hollywood Cheesecake – Cheesecake-flavored light ice cream with an entourage of graham cracker bits and strawberry swirls.
Soulful Sundae Cone – Vanilla and chocolate light ice creams with chocolate-coated peanuts and bits of ice cream cone make this flavor a standing
Take the Cake – Light ice cream that tastes like yellow cake, swirled with Hollywood blue frosting and fabulous multi-colored sprinkles.
Triple Talent – Milk chocolate, dark chocolate and chocolate mousse light ice creams make this the perfect trio.
Dreyer’s Slow Churned ice cream flavors have half the fat, meaning even an Idol can keep up his celebrity physique. On its website, www.dreyers.com, Dreyer’s is asking customers to vote for their favorite Idol flavor. The grand prize is four tickets to see this season’s American Idol finale.
But you don’t have to wait that long to see an Idol… join us at Bel Air and meet Ace yourself. Ace is even being kind enough to pose with fans for photos. So bring your camera. You can even develop your digital photos on the spot at our Kodak Picture Maker Kiosk.
